Welcome

I am Cory, based around the Central, PA area.

I’ve been interested in Photography and Film as long as I can remember.

My love for Photography started when I was a kid. I always wanted to be behind the camera rather than in front of it. I would borrow cameras from family and friends. I eventually received a film camera as a gift, and a few years later upgraded to a tiny digital camera. When I reached High School, I took a digital photography class and fell absolutely in love with it. Then in 2009, I had entered my first photo contest for AXL Guitar with a friend. We submitted a photo that took first place, and appeared in an ad in Guitar World and Guitar Player Magazines. Once we won, I decided to pursue photography even more, and bought my first DSLR camera, a Canon Rebel Xs. In the beginning of 2011, I took a workshop class with a Professional Photographer, Scott Church.

The video side of me had a mind of it’s own. Growing up I remember using my mom’s video camera to make YouTube videos, then only to realize I couldn’t actually put the content on my computer. I eventually got my own camera with a way of putting content on my computer and started my YouTube life. Once I started YouTube, I did a lot, and I mean A LOT of silly skits with my friends. In High School, I took a Communications in Technology class where I was able to be in the School News and worked with everything behind the scenes. The Cameras, editing, sound board, switch board, even being an Anchor. I was also apart of the Video Production Club where we were able to film School events. I now do video projects for a local Restaurant owner from time to time.

Throughout the time of doing work with Photography and Video, I became familiar with multiple editing programs on both Mac and Windows.

I am efficient with the following programs: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Final Cut 7.

I am also familiar with Sony Vegas, and Pinnacle Studio.
